Slow Cooker Hearty Wheat Berry Breakfast
1 C. wheat berries, rinsed and drained
2 - 2-1/2 C. apple juice
1/2 C. chopped apricots
1/4 C. raisins
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. ground allspice
1/4 t. ground cloves
1/4 t. ground cardamom
Spray the inside of the Slow Cooker with nonstick spray. Place everything in the Slow-cooker, stir, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, or all night. Serve with milk or soy milk.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
