Slow Cooker No Peek Beef

2 lbs. beef stew in 1 inch pieces
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 C. dry red wine or beef broth
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms

Combine all ingredients in the Slow Cooker. Stir well to mix. Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
