Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin With Apples

1 1/2 - 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
2 large Granny Smith apples, chopped
1/2 cup apple sauce
1 bunch green onion with 3″ greens, thin sliced
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon balsamic or cider vinegar

Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces.

Place pork slices in the Slow Cooker with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
